Phase II Plus Metrology Highlights

PhaseII Hardness Testers

Bench Hardness Testers

Phase II Plus offers a complete line of Bench Hardness Testers, including the Micro Vickers Hardness Tester with video and measurement software and the TWIN Rockwell/Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester – the industry’s only Analog Twin Hardness tester.

PHT-3500

Portable Hardness Testers

These state-of-the-art, digital portable hardness testers are designed to test the hardness of large, hard metal parts. The PHT-3300 portable hardness tester is known for its extreme portability, a super fast processor, and ASTM certified accuracy. Meanwhile, the PHT-3500 is setting a new industry standard as the most accurate, feature-laden portable hardness tester on the market today.

SRG-4500

Surface Roughness Gages

Phase II profilotmeters are designed to test surface finish on flat or curved surfaces as well as inside diameters. The diamond stylus is hypersensitive and sophisticated enough to allow for a .001 (um) micron display resolution. The SRG-4500 surface roughness tester employs a user-friendly interface that allows for changes of in/mm (uin/um), cutoff length, sampling length, parameters, level of test(stylus position), digital filters, and more.

UTG4000

Ultrasonic Thickness Gages

Multi-functional ultrasonic thickness gauges offer everything from basic thickness measurement to scanning capabilities, adjustable sound velocity, thru-coating technology, extended memory, and USB output capabilities. These state of the art gauges are packed with features typically found on high end models only. Dynamic ultrasonic thickness gauges are designed to measure the thickness of a wide range of materials, including steel, aluminum, titanium, plastics, ceramics, glass, and many more.
